Community Based Child Care
Working together with parents, caretakers, and community partners we’re growing a child care agency that helps create neighborhoods, communities, and a world in which every child can thrive. Community-based child care enables us to develop child care services based on the needs of the communities we serve.
RICHMOND

Jackson Ward is one of Richmond’s most valuable and significant neighborhoods. Nicknamed the “Harlem of the South” because of its strong African-American heritage and culture, the people of Jackson Ward in the early 20th century created a self-sustaining economy that made the area famous as the “Black Wall Street”.
HOPEWELL

Hopewell celebrates a rich history. Appomattox Plantation at City Point was built in 1763. During the Civil War, General Ulysses S. Grant directed the Siege of Petersburg from the grounds of this historic home.
